Night Out: Join us on Tuesday, August 19 for a casual, relaxing night out on the beautiful pool deck of the Renaissance Hotel in downtown Columbus. Food will be catered by Latitude 41, recently voted as one of the best restaurants in Columbus. Great food and company are guaranteed.

to attend the Organization for Agreement States (OAS) Annual Meeting.

Things you might want to know about the hotel:
A block of rooms has been reserved at the current federal per diem rate of $101.00 per night subject to all current taxes. To ensure you receive this rate you must make your reservations by 5:00PM, Thursday, July 17, 2008, by calling (800) 417-1057. Be sure to ask for the group name "Organization of Agreement States" when making your reservation.
This rate will be honored for this group three (3) days before the meeting start date as well as three (3) days after the meeting end date.
Non-guaranteed room reservations will be honored until 6pm on the date of expected arrival. Guaranteed reservations for arrivals after 6pm that do not arrive are held for one night only and not the entire length of the stay. The guest will be required to pay for the room for that night. Reservations may be cancelled until 4pm on the date of arrival.
Vendors: Your registration fee includes booth space, extension cord and power strip.
