Vendor Detail:

Vendors: Your registration fee includes booth space and basic power plus registration for up to two individuals.

If you need additional services from the hotel (i.e. audio visual equipment, extension cords ($25/day), etc.) please use the attached Exhibitor Order Form. Please return completed form no later than (14) days prior to arrival to the hotel contact

We plan to put each vendor's company logo on the meeting program and have a slide show running on the screen in the meeting room during breaks. Please email a logo and a single powerpoint slide advertising your company to admin@agreementstates.org

Set up and tear down:
The meeting starts at 1pm Monday August 23, 2010. Set up time will be available either Sunday afternoon August 22, or Monday morning August 23. Tear down will be Thursday August 26, the meeting ends at noon on Thursday.
