CANCELLATION POLICY
  • If cancellation is necessary, OAS will refund fees paid for registration less a $25.00 administrative fee if written notice of cancellation is received by August 1, 2026.
  • Cancellations received between August 1 - 15, 2026 will be refunded at 50% of the registration fees paid. 
  • No refunds will be issued after August 16, 2026. 
  • No refunds will be issued for "no shows".
  • No refunds on Sounds tickets.
