Registration includes the Sunday night Executive Board Meet and Greet and the Night Out at Roaring Camp Railroads. The one day registration does not include any social events. To register a guest for the social events, please use the following links. The cost for the Sunday Meet and Greet is $25 and the guest price for the night out is $100.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation is necessary, OAS will refund fees paid for registration less a $25.00 administrative fee if written notice of cancellation is received by July 21, 2024. Cancellations received after July 21, 2024 will be refunded at 50% of the registration fees paid. No refunds will be issued after August 7, 2024. No refunds will be issued for ‘no shows’.
