- Specific Modality expertise (Well-logging, Fusion, IR, etc)
- Number of Fully Qualified Inspectors (willingness to help out another State (voluntarily or contractually)
- Multiple Fully Qualified License Writers (willingness to help out another State (voluntarily or contractually)
- IMPEP trained personnel
- Course Teaching
- Availability of physical assets (for example, Georgia has a Mobile Radiation Laboratory)
- Professional Organization involvement (Board Positions, Committees, Subcommittees, etc.)
